Join a Domain

The pr imary imMail structure is defined by domains. This means that each organization in imMail will be related to a single domain, so everybody can connect and chat amongst each other in the organization.

To join a domain, you must be added by a Domain Admin.

There are 3 options to join a domain. They are:

Receive an Invitation via Email

The Domain Admin can send an invite to you. When they do that, you will receive a domain invitation via email. To join, see the following instructions below:

  1. Click on the invitation link.
  2. Type your name, surname, and set a password.
  3. Click on “Register”.

LDAP Integration

If the Domain Admin runs a LDAP integration, you will be able to join imMail without needing registration.

In this scenario, you will be able to sign in with the same credentials utilized to log into your corporate network.

Self-Service Sign Up

If the Domain Admin turns on the self-service sign up option, you will be able to join a domain following the instructions below.

On your desktop/browser:

  1. Go to
  2. Click on “Sign up”.
  3. Type your work email address.
  4. Type the 6-digit token sent to the email address informed.
  5. Type name, surname, and password. 
  6. Click on “Register”.
