You can mute chat notifications anytime you want on your desktop or mobile.
To mute chat notifications on your desktop, see the following steps:
- Open the chat you want to mute notifications for and click on the three dots icon .
- Click on “Mute Notifications” to snooze the chat.
- After clicking on “Mute Notifications”, the system is going to show you a confirmation message on the left and lower side of your screen and the chat will be identified with a muted icon .
Important: You can also mute notifications from the chats list. To do that, click on the arrow at the right and select “Mute Notifications”.
