Permissions by role in imMail

Admin – Is the user who created the domain in imMail or was invited by the primary admin. The admin profile can:

  1. Upload a company logo
  2. Provide, revoke, and manage user’s access
  3. Run LDAP Integration
  4. Generate API-Key
  5. View video conference history
  6. Check services status 
  7. Check action logs

Collaborator – Is the user who was invited by the domain admin to join the domain in imMail. The collaborator profile can:

  1. Update their profile
  2. Adjust notifications
  3. Create group chats
  4. Create folders and upload files
  5. Share files and folders
  6. Invite external people to collaborate in imMail
  7. Create and manage tasks
  8. Start video conferences
